About T6AI

Two founders. One thesis.

We build AI SaaS like it matters. Loi 25, GDPR, and the EU AI Act are not friction — they are the design constraint that separates real infrastructure from a chatbot wrapper.

Francis Lévesque

Co-founder

Co-founded T6AI Inc. as the operator behind the code — directing AI agents under a security-first lens, then signing off on every commit. Brings the lessons of a previous venture as shareholder into the founding team. Spent the past year going deep on agentic AI and the vibe-coding craft. The T6AI thesis — compliance-first, ship-honest — is the discipline he holds the keyboard to every day.

Marie-Josée Beaudoin

Co-founder

35 years of entrepreneurship in Québec. Founder of Mentorat & Cie, a mentoring practice for SMB owners navigating growth, succession, and transition. Brings the Québec entrepreneurial-transfer network to the T6AI portfolio — directly shaping Relevia (succession for solopreneurs) and Calypack (first tenant: Mentorat & Cie white-label).

Corporate structure

Built on Canadian soil.

T6AI Inc. is a Canadian federal corporation, incorporated under Corporations Canada. Two co-founders. Data hosted in Quebec (AWS ca-central-1). Privacy Impact Assessment completed before the first user.

Why us

The shape of our discipline.

We are not a chatbot studio. We are not a wrapper. We are not racing to ship the most LLM features in the shortest time.

We are a small Canadian company that takes the boring parts of building AI software — privacy impact assessments, audit trails, jurisdictional data residency, fail-closed guardrails — and treats them as the product. Compliance is the proof of seriousness. Everything else follows.

Our portfolio is multi-product on purpose. Each product validates the same discipline against a different domain: B2B2C SaaS for educators (Calypack), open-source infrastructure for agent fleets (OpenTac), entrepreneurial succession for solopreneurs (Relevia). Different verticals, same engineering posture.
